Hello, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Joani R. Askine CNSA, a Mobile Certified Notary Signing Agent and Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. I provide services throughout San Diego County and Orange County. My skill set can accommodate signings any day of the week including holidays all year round. Additionally, I have the experience that covers purchases, cash purchases, refinances, reverse mortgages, small businesses, short-term business loans, and sellers’ documents. I also know HELOCS, as well as complex commercial packages. A full range of loan documents, and any other services you may require. I am NNA certified, background screened, certified Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, and have a background in Construction including a C-20 contractor’s license. I have notarized and completed multiple documents accurately and with no errors.

Mobile Notary Signing Agent
I can accommodate signings around-the-clock, seven days a week, including, holidays. I am customer service orientated, and here to help with any of your signing needs. These services include purchases, cash purchases, refinance, reverse mortgages, small businesses, short-term business loans, seller documents, HELOCS, as well as complex commercial packages. I can assist with a full array of loan documents. I am NNA Certified and Background Screened, Fidelity Approved, and E&O insured.
Transaction Coordinator
I am a certified Real Estate Transaction Coordinator with a background in Construction and my services include:

Review all documents to ensure accuracy and that all signatures are complete.lide, SkySlope, and multiple MLS platforms.

Specializing in investor transactions including wholesale, land, and commercial contracts.

Send executed contracts and addendums to all parties involved.

Confirm earnest money deposit is received and disseminate the receipt.

Follow up on date-sensitive items and keep all parties informed.

Mobile Notary
My customer service-orientated mobile notary services signings include my around-the-clock, seven days a week including holidays. I have minimal travel fees and only $15.00-$30.00 per signature. These services include the following:
